I knew a guy who was restoring an old Cadillac Hearse…and I don’t think he was quite right in the head. Aside from taking up a collosal percentage of the square footage in our co-op auto shop with a separate body and frame from a 60s Caddy Hearse, it was just a bit too morbid for me. So while of these next two cars the 960 Hearse version is perhaps more visually interesting, the 960 limo is the winner for me. Find this 1996 Volvo 960 Hearse and Limo offered for $13,000 (each or both, it isn’t clear from the punctuation and grammar free advertisement) in Long Island, NY via craigslist. Tip from Cory.
Occasionally the internet delivers something good. Not always. Mostly it produces bad news and insufferable spam, but today I stumbled into the perfect car for a badge that wanted to use on Halloween. What’s a badge? It is the little icon you see next to DT posts that are created by DT’s logo guru Kaibeezy (read more about the DT badges here). Anyway, I’m posting this next car ONLY because it matches the classic DT 59 Cadillac Eureka Landau badge. Find this 1974 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse offered for $8500 in Phoenix, AZ via craigslist.
There are so many jokes that can be made about this next feature, but there is only so much time in the day…so I am going to let YOU put all the bad puns in the comments below. Find this 1991 Daimler DS420 Hearse here on eBay bidding for $10,000 in St Albans, VT with 3 days […]
Happy Halloween DT readers, I do hope you are enjoying the festival of All-Hallows’-Eve. Today is the day when kids dress up as their favorite super hero, young adults dress down in sexy fill-in-the-blank costumes (hey, nice sexy Donald Trump outfit lady), and old people subsidize the candy, dental, and insulin industries — basically a […]
Personally I don’t fall into the subset of folks who believe its cool to drive around in a hearse like their skeleton horse was at the skeleton vet, best friend is a small cloak wearing rat, and when they speak the words come out in ALL CAPS — but if I did, I’d probably drive […]
What could be better than a classic Mercedes wagon, with Euro bumpers, long wheelbase, diesel power and a manual transmission? They are great cars if you like driving slow, and what if you had an additional few thousand pounds to lug around in the form of a hearse conversion? Time for another Sunday Sanity Check […]
Of the 200 billion stars in our local Milky Way galaxy, astronomers with high powered telescopes predict that there are billions of planets similar in size and composition to our own planet. Given enough time we would assume that the local humanoid inhabitants would do one of two things; launch sinister spacecraft to subjugate earth’s […]
With only 2 days left before Halloween, we at the Daily Turismo are willing to remove the standard DT price cap for Horrorod submissions and go hog wild. Without further ado, we would like to present the following Horrorod; a 1929 Cadillac Funeral Coach for sale in Buenos Aires, Argentina for $28,000 buy-it-now on ebay. […]
If a full sized hearse won’t fit in your driveway, and a VW powered casket-car isn’t moving enough for you – perhaps you should consider this unspecified model year Motorcycle Hearse Trailer located in Belle Fourche, SD currently for sale on ebay bidding starts at $3,000, reserve-not-met. This hearse trailer will need to be towed […]
As we continue the countdown to Daily Turismoween we would like to feature another Horrorod, this time one that was prepared by the factory to deal with zombies. This 1970 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse is for sale in Washington, IN, currently bidding on ebay for $1,125 reserve-not-met with a buy-it-now of $5,000. This Fleetwood started life […]
