Snow Daze: 1986 Saab 900
The trick to a good automobile advertisement is like one of those fancy fish-lures — you need a heavy dose of fantasy to lure a prospective hypostomus plecostomus onto your line. Some sellers use scantily clad women and others use a well timed photo from the past…but this next seller uses the oldest trick in the book — camouflage! Find this 1986 Saab 900 offered for $700 in Wells River, VT via craigslist. Tip from Carter.
The Saab 900 was the sequel to the 99 platform when it was launched in
1978 and actually used many of the 99 parts/body/engines/etc. The
biggest noticeable change for the 900 was the elongated hood, ostensibly
designed to meet US crash standards, but probably just another
psychedelic drug induced decision by the guys in Trollhättan. After you fix the broken CV axle (and some rust repair) expect the 900 to be a decent driver for snow days and summer days alike.

Wow, they would have been better off not including any pictures.
