S52 M3 Power: 1989 BMW 635CSI E24

The e24 BMW 6-series was a Paul Bracq-styled replacement to the aging CS and CSL coupes, with over 86,000 produced for worldwide consumption from 1976 through 1989. The BMW E24 6-series is one of those ‘in-betweener’ 80s classics; it isn’t quite a collectible classic, but unrestored examples aren’t a bad way to get into a European classic. Today’s E24 has an S52 inline-6 from a 1997 BMW M3 put under the hood and should be fast and fun. Find this 1989 BMW 635CSI E24 offered for $18,000 in Sacramento, CA via craigslist. Tip from Cory.

1989 BMW 635CSI with an S52 (1997 BMW M3 motor) this car has had a fully rebuilt S52 motor built/installed by CaTuned in Sacramento. Additionally all steering and suspension work has been completed as well as a Supersprint exhaust installed.
Being 34 years old she still drives as if she was fresh of the lot, smoothly down the road either cruising or movin. I commute to work with her once a week 60 miles with no issues cruising at 80mph. I have a whole list of parts and things done to the car. On the new motor I’ve put around that 6k miles on the her with this motor installed. All oils flushed and only liquid moly used recently.
Feel free to message me/request more info.
Clean title!
