Retro Chrysler: 1999 Plymouth Prowler

The 1997-2002 Plymouth Prowler was a strange retro-styled 2-seat sports car manufactured during the height of the much-maligned Daimler-Chrysler era. Despite the hot-rod styling, the Prowler wasn’t powered by a Hemi and instead had a 3.5 liter SOHC V6 that was mated to a 4-speed slushbox automatic. This was the ultimate expression of being an old dude and came with a monthly delivery of Tommy Bahama shirts and New Balance sneakers. Today, we’ve got a Prowler that was donated to a salvage yard that seems to have the coolest donations in the world…WHY DID SOMEONE DONATE THIS CAR? Find this 1999 Plymouth Prowler bidding for $11,055 in Orange, CA via ebay auctions.
