Pregnant Yak: 1963 Plymouth Valiant

This next car comes as a tip from SecondMouse who writes: “This car is a throwback to the days when most of the iron rolling out of Detroit had king mattress-sized hoods, got 9 miles to the gallon rolling downhill with a tail wind, and was about as nimble as a pregnant Yak. But the Europeans refused to make huge cars for sale in America, choosing sportiness and economy of operation instead, and the consumers were buying them, so the Big 3 were sticking their toes in the ‘cars smaller than Rhode Island’ water. The Valiant was one of the results. This example comes with the venerable Mopar 225 slant six and the amusing dash-mounted pushbutton automatic. It looks to be in good driver condition, pop-top and all. The enthusiastic seller is offering at $11,900 and ‘let’s talk’.” Find this 1963 Plymouth Valiant in Sealy Texas via craigslist.

hi Up for sale is my blast from the past car! This 1963 Plymouth Valiant Signet convertible is a solid driver quality that’s very sound mechanically with a professionally rebuilt original 225 ci incline 6 cylinder motor and a serviced push button automatic transmission that shifts smooth and on time. It has a new wiring harness and carburetor and many extra upgrades it runs/drives great. This car has no known rust issues, a great convertible top, and is ready for cruising and may i say it has been a very reliable car for me i changed the oil on time every 2500mi no leaks no squeaks no smoke or smells and best of all no rust this car has new tires and breaks and can be driven daily with no issues so to close i’ll say it’s truly is a great rare hard to find classic.. not to many of them still around in good running shape and it will only increase in value as time goes on so it’s a great investment as well and also you’ll get dozens of thumbs up`s and interest from people about the car who all seem to fall in love with this little beauty.

Will my face mask help protect me from “Valiant love” or do I now have to freak out about catching two different viruses? Is MOPAR-20 as deadly as COVID-19? I think I’ll just stay in quarantine at home until this car is sold.
My eyes..my eyes……….
