This next car isn’t the most desirable Alfa Romeo or those still alive, but it is a proper Alfra Romero and not some crummy rebadged Fiat. The Series 3 version of the Spider Veloce was launched in 1983 and survived with minor changes through the 1989 model year when it was replaced with an uglier version known as the series 4. Anyway, today’s example seems like a decent way to get into pretty Italian classic for cheap. Find this 1984 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce offered for $6,500 in Los Angeles, CA via craigslist.

This Alfa was serviced and cared for by original owner. I am the second owner and have done very little work to it. I am selling it due to a recent life event and can no longer keep it. I keep it garaged, drive it once in a while. Its is perfect for someone who wants a project car without all the work. You can drive it as is or fix it up at your own pace. It shows really well, the paint is not perfect but shines with minor flaws. No major rust on the frame. Solid front steering, needs brake pads but has no major problems. All electrical is in tact. AC is not functional but has all the components.
5 speed, tach and odometer work. Driver side power window works, passenger side not working.
New Top, Recent tune up and oil change. Good compression.
Mileage is original and will increase slightly due to weekend drives.
I will only sell it if you see it in person, and i will only accept cash.
Asking $6500 OBO..
