I’ve been looking at prices of the Pontiac G8 since they hit the market in 2008 (and were discontinued after the 2009 model year) but they’ve managed to avoid the usual depreciation…in fact, the G8 GXP versions with the LS3 and 6-speed manual are worth more than MSRP. So, what’s the deal, are all mid 2000s Pontiacs some kind of super expensive rare collectables? Nope. Not even close. The G3, G5, and G6 are all worth about what you’d expect for scrap steel these days…but the GXP coupe version might be cool enough to add to your junker collection. Find this 2006 Pontiac G6 GXP Coupe offered for $5000 in Los Gatos, CA via craigslist. Tip from Matt V.
