Inside the Style Box: 1970 Renault R10

The Renault R10 was a small French family sedan that offered a surprisingly Beetle-like architecture with a small 1100cc engine riding out behind the rear swing-axle. The R8/10 family was allegedly one of the first 4-door family cars to offer 4-wheel disc brakes but that won’t impress the average person because they won’t have any idea what this thing is, but French car lovers will know. Find this 1970 Renault R10 offered for $6000 in Virden, NM via craigslist.

Currently registered driver. Second owner. I have registered this car in AZ, NM, and TX.
Original paint. The only rust I see is on the breather and under the lip of the engine hood…see photo. About 30,000 miles on rebuilt engine. All new front end bushings. Interior is very nice. There is one small ding on left rear panel…see photo. The stock odometer resets every 10000 miles. Modifications…electric fuel pump, Delco alternator, and Weber carb.

You can look the US over, and I do not believe you will find a better unrestored Renault 10 for sale.

Cash only. Transfer of cash and title will be inside my bank. PERIOD.
