The Mitsubishi 3000GT (and Dodge Stealth RT) was this crazy supercar built by Mitsubishi with a twin turbo V6 and all-wheel-drive and a 6-speed manual — sold as a competitor to the Toyota Supra and Honda NSX. The Mitsu/Stealth was rad except that you could also get the car with a non-turbo engine AND front-wheel-drive AND a soul sucking slushbox…but your neighbors didn’t know you punked out for the crap version and it looked just as racy in the driveway. How was that even legal? Today’s square wheel special is this 1998 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL offered for $4,000 in Newcastle, ME via facezuck marketberg. Tip from Orlando.

I have a 1998 mitsubishi 3000gt auto fwd (not awd turbo) with 155k miles. lots of new parts including;
4 new brakes rotors and pads
New cv axles
New tie rods
New ball joints
New sway bar end links
Car runs and drives and is registered.
Needs some finishing touches to bring it back to glory, including tires and some touch up paint/clear coat, will also need exhaust work. I pulled the carpet, deep cleaned, put in a new carpet and steam cleaned the seats/interior. Not many of these left running and driving. Looking to get 4k, title in hand. Trades possible, looking for a supermoto, 450 dirtbike, manual transmission vehicle, projects ok try me.
