French Fried: 1967 Renault R10

Allow DT to enlighten you with the wonders of the Renault R10, a petite French masterpiece that effortlessly imitated the iconic Beetle design, complete with a 4-cylinder 1100cc engine chilling out at the back on a rear swing-axle. Believe it or not, the R8/10 clan proudly boasted about being pioneers of 4-wheel disc brakes in the realm of 4-door family cars. But hey, who cares about that impressive feat? The average person won’t have a clue what this bizarre contraption is all about, except for those French car enthusiasts who’ll nod their heads in deep appreciation. Seller’s Description
A rare find! 1967 Renault R10. 17,778 original miles. It runs well, stops, and goes. Brake master cylinder was recently rebuilt and has 4 new tires. Interior is fantastic for its age. Comes with two truckloads of extra parts and an extra engine, glass, doors, trim, etc.. 3k obo. Would consider trades of other French cars, but actually trying to make room for another project. I’m not giving this away I believe the price is fair but willing to talk if truly interested. This is a cool obscure vehicle and would bet it will be the only one at a cars and coffee. Thanks for looking. I’m adding this in, I know the couple of you that have contacted are wondering about the automatic transmission. I understand, I have had the car to 60mph on jack stands and 45mph on the road. I cannot tell the reliability but it could be converted to a manual if need be. I have dropped the price due to I need to make room. Again, this comes with way more then I am asking I. Parts. Thanks
