Firezone Sale: 1967 Ford Anglia Estate, Toyota TwinCam Swap
The predecessor to Ford of Europe’s super cool Escort (not to be confused with the abysmal US based front-drive CE14 based Escort) was called the Anglia — a patriotic name chosen a few months after the United Kingdom declared war on Germany in 1939. Production continued after the war and the Anglia was slowly morphed into a cool little car — particularly good looking are 105E models (1959-1968). Find this 1967 Ford Anglia Estate with Toyota Twin-Cam Swap here on eBay

Be sure not to park it by the whomping willow if you drive it to school. The red zone might be safer.
I like the looks of this a lot.
Oh my gosh, my head almost exploded. That is such a cool little wagon! I'm not sure I'd want to live with RHD in the US, but aside from that, this is just fantastic. GLWTS!
The bidding's now up past $5000. For such a cool little car, it's gotta go higher.
Love it. Great combination of the Anglia front end with what would later be the Cortina Wagon back end.
If I was building one, I would have to hold out for the sedan, however. That reverse sloping rear window roof line is just off the charts.

My first race car was an Anglia 105E, so this is near and dear to my heart….
Just to be clear, that is not my old Anglia in the photo above (I wish!).
I am in love. Dear Anglia-Japo Estate, Will you be my Valentine?
Why is the price languishing at a 10-year old Elantra in a CL ad in a bad part of town?
Maybe the right-hand drive element of it?
It's gonna be a fun little scooter, but I'm betting a bit on the harsh and noisy side.
Always a long roof fan, and this is unique(this side of the pond) Bidding out of my reach at $7700 and Reserve not met.
