Don’t Stop Mumbling: 1991 Eagle Talon TSi AWD

The Eagle Talon from Diamond Star Motors (DSM) is a car that either clicks with you or doesn’t, and that’s okay. Some cars have niche appeal, fostering dedicated fan bases. While I might not consider myself part of the die-hard enthusiasts, my admiration for turbochargers, all-wheel-drive, and muscular hood designs makes me appreciate this particular aspect. Find this 1991 Eagle Talon TSi AWD offered for $10,000 in New Canaan, CT via turbobook hoodscooplace. Tip from Cory.

Didn’t know these came in AT? No interior pictures so assuming that it is an auto transmission. Maybe that is why it only has 50k miles?
Ditto. No clutch, no deal…
I asked her for photos of the interior, what she sent me was genuinely astonishing: an absolutely pristine, museum grade interior.
And yes, this is an automatic. With an interior this nice, I could live without the third pedal. Whoever buys this is getting a time capsule.
My first thought is that $10k is a bunch for a Talon with a slushbox, but if the interior is museum grade…then this is a neutered unicorn. A neutercorn.
