Dirt Track Racer: 1928 Ford Model A

What would you do with a 100 year old dirt track racer? Would you Just leave it in your garage to rust, or would you drive it to work on Thursdays? I think I’d use it as an occasional soccer game carpool machine, but first I’d need to figure out where I could put a few kids in the back. Seller’s Description
Kansas Barn Find 1928 Model A Dirt Track Race car. I dragged this car out of a barn in Sterling Kansas.

Professionally built by Goodrich Speed Shop to race at the Legendary Belleville High Banks dirt track.

Bought from an old timer in the hopes of making a TROG Racer but too many projects and not enough time.

He had long ago ditched the ford 4 banger for a nissan (see the last photo) so he could keep driving the car in parades.

First thing i did was yank the nissan and source a correct 1928 newly rebuilt motor.

1928 Ford engine with high compression head and dual vortex intake and carbs. Not currently running. Needs engine mounts.
Selling for what i have invested not including shipping from Kansas.

Please dont waste your time with low balls. I dont need to sell just thought someone else might enjoy it rather than letting gather dust in the barn. $6900.. No trades.. too many vehicles already.

INCLUDE PHONE NUMBER so i know you are a real person…
