Custom Creation: 1960 International Harvester B110 Camper

The International Harvester B-series pickup only lasted a few years. It was launched in 1959 as an upgrade to the A-series pickup and featured optional V8 power and unique stacked headlights and lasted until it was replaced with the C-series in 1961. Today’s example has been converted into a custom camper and looks fantastic.  Find this 1960 International Harvester B110 Camper here on eBay bidding for $5,988 reserve-not-met with 3 days to go, located in Paso Robles, CA.

This isn’t a factory camper, or a crazy hack job — this is some serious vintage artwork on the back of a B-series pickup.  According to the seller it was originally built by John Erickson of Longview, Washington who was the original owner and builder — a boat builder by trade.

The inside feels more like a vintage custom boat than a trailer, but it includes a wood burning stove (don’t use this while driving!!) and a small area of sitting/eating that gets transformed into a medium size bed.  The top pops up and there are a number of awnings that can be unrolled to give you a decent amount of shade.  The only thing missing is a shower/toilet, but perhaps the small closet near the door could be converted into a small bathroom to make this a fully functional glamper.

See a cooler way to go RVing?
