I can’t imagine you could go wrong with a $2500 used Porsche Boxster. Worst case is you could lose…I dunno…$2500. A new Boxster costs $65,500 starting and it costs $2580 if you want the green paint option and another $2520 for full leather interior…so I’m going to say that a used Boxster that just needs a new key is a DIY week or three away from being a rad car for the asking price. Find this 2002 Porsche Boxster offered for $2,500 in Los Angeles, CA via craigslist.

2002 porsche boxster
paint color: silver
title status: clean
This is a 2002 Porsche Boxster with Approx. 130k miles.
It’s been a great car but unfortunately I lost the key and the car has been at Porsche of Beverly Hills attempting to get fixed. I had them replace to Immobilizer Control Unit but the car still isn’t starting so I’m passing on it and will take it to the junkyard if no one wants it.
They quoted me $3500-4000 to fix which I’m sure could be accomplished elsewhere for less.
I don’t have the time, space at my apartment or money to continue pursuing this. Let me know if you want more info. Email or Text only, no phone calls.
