Chainsaw Powered: 1955 Fuldamobile NFW 200

Do you remember the time that Elektromaschinenbau Fulda GmbH (of Fulda, Germany) and Nordwestdeutscher Fahrzeugbau (aka NWF of Wilhemlshaven, Germany) hired a freelance journalist named Norbert Stevenson to design their one and only automobile? Yeah…me neither. Apparently Stevenson thought that a bathtub Nash didn’t look enough like a roly-poly bug and said “halt mein Bier” before sketching the design you see here. A single rear wheel sits under the Porky Pig inspired body that is driven by a 200cc two-stroke engine of double digit horsepower. The speedometer has a hilariously optimistic 100 km/hr top end. Seriously 60 mph?…maybe if you dropped it from space. Find this 1955 Fuldamobile NFW 200 offered for $13,500 buy-it-now or make-offer located in Chomutov, Czech Republic via ebay.
