Bulletproof Mobile ATM: 2007 Ford E350 Van

There are a few thoughts when it comes to armoring or protecting valuable assets — one is to lower the visibility of said asset, and the other is to armor it up. If an old dirty van filled with cash is the equivalent of a camouflaged sniper, then this bulletproof ATM is the Maginot Line. However, if you covered up the ATM signs, you could probably use this 6.0 PowerStroke diesel equipped beast as a sweet weekend/camping vehicle, and double as a zombie apocalypses survival vehicle too. Find this 2007 Ford E350 Van offered for $22,995 in Corona, CA via craigslist.

The damage looks like it may have come from a crowbar instead of another vehicle. If somebody did subject it to a frontal assault, perhaps the Atlantic Wall might be a better analogy than the Maginot Line.
What the…?! I’ve never seen this type of conversion before. I have so many questions. Mostly, what is the purpose? Is it so you can park outside of large events?
Who owned and operated it? It’s not a bank vehicle or an armored transport service vehicle (like Brinks), so, seriously, what the what?
How do you go into the mobile ATM business? I mean, who supplies the cash to stock the machines? Is this just some sort of rich guy’s side hustle?
If I owned it, I’d paint it something shiny and rent it out for use in rap videos. What’s more baller than driving a Rolls Royce? Uh, flossin the streets in your own ATM!
