I’m impressed that someone managed to fit a 472 Cadillac engine under the windshield and hood, but somewhat less impressed by the fake intake stacks sticking through the hood.
Just for fun, to see what visible structure has been cut out

I’m sure some interesting structure has been removed that you can’t see. Where does the steering go ?
And who the hell has so much luggage they need a luggage rack on a car with no roof?
Still I’m sure that it scares the hell out of passengers if you are into that sort of thing.
I think those intake stacks might be functional. They look to feed into a common plenum box which seems to be attached to the front of the air filter housing. Not to make excuses for this thing; it’s terrible to look at but I can’t look away. I have to give them points for the “TR7.7” badge.
The TR7 has room enough for the Rover V8 which is certainly smaller than a Caddy, but maybe it wasn’t too much of a tear-up?
There’s a 1980 TR7 hanging out in my shop that was my grandfather’s – I won’t be dropping a Cad into that one, but might consider some sort of head-scratching swap someday.
Shut up. You had me at ‘automatic.’
