Y'know, I'd bet if you put some extra winching apparatus on this thing, you could have a couple elevating four-car parking decks side-by-side…just park it in your driveway, load 'em up, and raise 'em ten feet.
Maybe the sheer curiosity of it might placate the neighbors for a while.
The only thing that comes to mind is

Given the location, I'd be surprised if a marina/shipyard doesn't buy it.
