The BMW 533i was only sold in 1983 and 1984 — and according to wikipedia was the fastest sedan available for sale in the US of A in 1983 with a top speed of 134 mph. This example look nicely equipped with a set of aftermarket springs/shocks and looks ready for business.
Powering the 533i is a 3.2 liter M30 inline-6 putting out 181 horsepower and 195 ft-lbs of torque. For comparison a 1984 Corvette made 205 horsepower from its 5.7 liter V8.
This 533i is equipped with the preferred 5-speed manual gearbox that makes driving a pleasure instead of a chore.
