2010 Dodge Charger
The line between concerned citizen and full on vigilante would be a tough tightrope walk driving an ex-police car. As hard as that may be with a clapped out P71 ‘Vic, imagine how many times you’d be tempted to flash your brights in a rhythmic sequence at the car in the left lane while at the helm of a practically new Charger. Complete with a pushbar and every doo-dad that real good-guys get to play with, this Charger was the real thing until very recently. Make your own rules with this 2010 Dodge Charger police package for $14,000. This
post is part of DT’s 2016 Birthday Celebration of 100 cars;
enjoy the ride!
There is some concern warranted over the rust mentioned in the article but how bad could it be on a 2010 model? Selling Northern cars down South is not easy; when Southerners see rust, we completely lose our minds and run away. Let’s hope that this paves the way for someone to get this for far under the asking price.

Trump World! LOL
Brother in law (fmr detective) had one of these when it was new. It's a rental-spec Charger with a V8, an auto trans cooler, and a wheel/tire package more suited for hopping curbs than apexing corners. Rides and drives as you'd expect a rental with 50k on it.
Some departments locally are still holding on to their few remaining Crown Vics while they've already gone through 2 "facelifts" of Chargers and are on their 3rd.
If police cars are your jam, BOLO for the fleet-only Caprices that are coming out of circulation these days for $10k and under. Think of them as LWB G8s. 7/10 would daily.
