10k: Fake Z: 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track Pack 6-spd

Walk around New York city enough and all sorts of enthusiastic salesmen will try to offer you a fake Rolex, fake Puma-Ferrari branded shoes, and fake purses. Ignore them – you need to head into Brooklyn to find a fake Nissan 370Z. It’s not really a 370Z ripoff, but being equipped with a big V6 up front and edgy Japanese-ish 2-door styling, a Hyundai Genesis Coupe certainly does a great impersonation! Find this 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track Pack 6-spd for sale in Brooklyn, NY for $8995 via craigslist.

This Genesis Coupe has a salvage title from an undisclosed accident or theft recorvery – but $25k off factory MSRP in 3 years really fits our motto of “an appreciation for depreciation.” The value on this thing has dropped like an Audi – almost Bentley levels of off dealer lot price drop!  The Genesis 3.8 is powered by a 3.8 liter Hyundai Lambda V6 that puts out 306 horsepower into a 6-speed manual gearbox and the Track Pack option adds a Torsen style limited slip differential, Brembo brakes and a few other goodies for apex hunting.  Salvage title notwithstanding, this isn’t a bad price for a 3 year old track rat with a 6-speed.

Just make sure this isn’t a Sandy car before committing to buy…
