I genuinely hate it when a seller refuses to disclose his ask for a car. If he can't determine the value on a unique car like this, then how am I supposed to? Just a good way to invite solicitations from cranks: "Hi, I'm calling about your BMW for sale? Will you take ten dollars and a half-used roll of wintergreen lifesavers for it? No? But they're really good lifesavers! Hello? Hello? Guess we got cut off. I better call him back."

puked my coffee all over the screen….classic! I'd almost give up my 01 325i 5sp wagon for it…..if the guy wanted it and wasnt such a dick about his ask. I wouldnt even make him deliver it to Cali.

The guy clearly is looking to barter. Maybe there is some reason he doesn’t want the value to be too high like taxes, divorce or just bragging about how cheap his cars are.

You know, like that guy that traded a paper clip for a house.

I really like these wagons, especially with a 6-speed stick and the non-black tan interior. I would prefer exterior in blue but that is not a deal breaker for me. Too bad he is not mentioning the price since I would need to import it north.

"Original Hellrot red with a matte clear coat finish."

Wait, wut? You took the original paint/clearcoat and sprayed yet another coat of clearcoat (matte no less, that one day will identify cars as SOOOO aughts) on top of it, and still want to call it "original"?
